Julie is the founder of Altered Barbie and ChatterBox , a San Francisco based arts organization devoted to showcasing Artists and their art in cross-cultural exchanges and exhibitions in the United States, China and Vietnam.

Julie Andersen and CHATTERBOX INTL have been hosting the Altered Barbie shows since 2003. The organization is dedicated to creating multidimensional, multiplatform exhibitions that bring emerging and established artists of all ages and all cultural backgrounds together.
