PICK UP of all art is October 1st. We are not responsible for any artwork left after October 1st. If you are an artist residing outside of the San Francisco Bay Area and your work is selected for the exhibition, you are solely responsible for coordinating the return of your artwork and shipping costs, which include packing labor, packing material, postage, and insurance, etc. Altered Barbie is not responsible for any work left after the pick up date.
