I'm 63 and a homemaker. I am engaged to be married and live in Marshall, Ca on an a sheep ranch surrounded by an empty expanse of rolling hills just a few miles inland from Tomales Bay. My interests include cooking, gardening, drawing, photography, children, world events, business, and writing. I attended classes at The San Francisco Art Institute in the 70's studying film making with George Kuchar.

The Barbie pieces began and continue as a way to use the many stickers and detritus from food and food packaging. The scale of these stickers etc seem perfectly scaled for creating barbie outfits. They develop over time as I cook and eat fruits and veggies. I was in the clothing business for many years so dressing Barbie is a natural extension of my former occupation. I do this just for fun, one Barbie at a time, and begin a new doll when another is finished. I hope other people enjoy them as much as visitors to my home have.
